Soalan Lazim (FAQ)
Will JPG to GIF conversion lose colors?
Yes. GIF supports a maximum of 256 colors. Photographs with millions of colors will show color banding and dithering. Simple graphics with few colors convert cleanly.
Can I create an animated GIF from multiple JPGs?
Yes. Select multiple JPG files and they combine into an animated GIF. Set frame delay (speed), loop count, and frame order. Each JPG becomes one animation frame.
Does the GIF support transparency?
GIF supports binary transparency (fully transparent or fully opaque). Partial transparency from the source is not supported. One color can be designated as the transparent color.
Will the GIF file be larger or smaller than JPG?
For photographic content, GIF files are typically 2–5x larger than equivalent JPG. For simple graphics with few colors, GIF can be smaller. GIF uses lossless compression.
What dimensions are supported?
GIF supports images up to 65,535 × 65,535 pixels. For animations, smaller dimensions (480p or 640p) produce more manageable file sizes.
